Nothing wrong with Happy Harvick, Mrs. Happy and crewmembers from Scott Riggs' team trading spirited comments. When people get hurt by "runaway" pit carts...that is a different matter. And it is quite curious that not much more than a Mike Harris (longtime AP auto racing writer) story appeared on this...like it was suppressed. NASCAR Justice triumphs yet again.
