Winner of the 20th Anniversary Contest

That's me drawing the name of Tom Eiklor, of Barton, NY as the winner of our 20th Anniversary Contest on the WEBO Morning Show heard on our long time flagship station, NewsRadio 1330, WEBO, Owego, NY (also heard on FM at 107.9 in the local area, and on line at webo1330.com) . I appreciate the generosity of WEBO GM Dave Radigan for letting me make this public draw on his morning show. We drafted his sidekick "Lucky Lou" Sauerbrey (Lucky because he reads all the winning lottery numbers) to take this picture.
